Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Winners website, mobile experience, or any course, live class, test, or study material offered through it (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a student who is a minor (for example, as a parent or guardian creating the account), you accept these terms on that student's behalf and are responsible for their compliance with them.

The Platform is intended for students preparing for Class XI–XII Science, JEE, NEET, and related exams, and for the teachers who instruct them. There is no minimum age to be a student on Winners, but if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have agreed to these terms and supervised the account's use, including any payments.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential — do not share your login with anyone else, including to let another student use your enrolment.

Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We are not liable for losses caused by an unauthorised person using your account, to the extent that access resulted from you failing to keep your credentials secure.

When you enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that course's live classes, recorded lessons, study material, and tests for your own learning, for as long as your enrolment remains active (or for any specific access period stated at the time of purchase).

You may not, and must not help anyone else to:

• Download, record, screen-capture, copy, or redistribute course video, audio, or written material outside the Platform.
• Share your enrolment, login, or course access with anyone who has not paid for it.
• Resell, sublicense, or publicly post course content, in whole or in part.

We may update, reorganise, or discontinue individual lessons or features to keep course content accurate and current; we will not remove a course you are actively enrolled in without a reasonable substitute or refund where required by law.

Course prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise, and are payable through our payment partner at the time of enrolment. Payment card and other financial details are processed by that partner and are never stored on our servers.

Refund policy: [Winners' specific refund window and conditions — e.g. how many days after purchase, and whether partial course access affects eligibility — will be published here. Until this section is finalised, treat any refund as being at Winners' discretion, without prejudice to any refund right you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law, which this policy does not limit.]

Winners' broader goal is to let qualified teachers from any location teach on the Platform, alongside Winners' own courses. If your application to teach on Winners is accepted, additional terms covering course ownership, content standards, payouts, and revenue share will apply and will be provided to you separately before you publish a course.

While using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Cheat, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity during a live class, test, or exam.
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or unpublished course material.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools against the Platform beyond normal browser use.
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing someone else's rights.
• Interfere with the Platform's normal operation, including its security, live classes, or examination systems.

We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section — see §12.

The Platform, its design, and the course content Winners itself produces are owned by Winners or its instructors and licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

For content you submit (such as a doubt, forum post, or assignment answer), you keep ownership of it, but you grant Winners a licence to store, display, and use it to operate and improve the Platform — for example, to show your submission to your instructor for grading.

The Platform relies on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, email delivery, video streaming, and cloud hosting. Your use of those integrated services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or issues that originate with a third-party provider.

The Platform is provided "as is". Winners does not guarantee that any course, live class, or test will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that completing a course will result in any particular exam score, rank, or admission outcome — exam results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own study and the exam itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud.

You may stop using the Platform, or ask us to delete your account, at any time by emailing [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms — for example, sharing your login, cheating in an exam, or abusing the Platform — after giving you notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond where the situation allows it. Access already paid for that we withdraw for a breach on your part is not refunded, except where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts at Jhargram, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Platform before they take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
